Two very comfy queen beds, cable TV, FREE WIFI, air conditioner, breakfast nook with all dishes, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, full bathroom. All linens with bath and beach towels are included as well as arrival bath amenities.

This property is elevator accessible and all guests have access to the on site parking lot for extra charge at the current hotel rate (check with front desk for availability), pool and laundromat. Also available on site is IHOP (International House of Pancakes).

I enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their requests for assistance with directions and information about what to see and do. I have respect of my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy.
• Rentals less than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved.
• Rentals more than 30 days. Cancellations must be emailed at least 45 days prior to check-in date. If you email your cancellation at least 45 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit and any other monies paid.

• We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you. However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
• For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.

Deposit Policy

Rentals require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
